The type of collaboration I will be using for my Nuclear Chemistry will be the use of a Blog. The purpose of this blog is sharing the application of nuclear chemistry int he real world. Once students have posted their findings they will commecnt on three other posts. This will allow students to learn from each other and expand their content knowledge. Many courses will focus on just the content and miss the practical application of what the students are studying.
To follow the Blog the students will prepare a laboratory report using a Wiki. This will allow the students to collaborate and share their results to the whole class. The use of the wiki will increase the collaboartion of the students by sharing data and comparing results. Just as if they were working together in the lab. They can ask questions about results and leave comments about their results.
