Brent-- Talk Shows Non-Fiction Article Unit

In Session 1 and 4, students will use a wiki to develop supplemental vocabulary lists from the readings. This will be an in-class assignment.

In Session 1 and 4, students will blog their answers to the questions. This will be completed for homework.

After Session 3 and 7 students will use a wiki to collaboratively produce a final précis for these articles. This will be an in-class assignment with further edits and revision as homework.

The wikis and blogs will give foundational background work for the annotating and charting that will be done in class. The wikis will also be used for follow-up writing and collaborative editing.
